Buyer’s Inspection
A Buyer’s Inspection is a thorough visual evaluation of a home that will reveal the strengths and deficiencies of most readily accessible areas. A detailed inspection report will be available when you log in on our website within 24 hours of the completed inspection service.

As necessary, a moisture meter and gas leak detector will be used at no extra cost. If your home inspector is unable to walk the roof of the home safely, a mounted camera that can extend to 24 feet will be used to carry out the inspection.

New Construction Inspection
This inspection service is designed to help protect your pending investment by revealing a newly built home’s strengths and weaknesses before the transaction is final. We’ll inspect the property before the builder’s final walkthrough, providing you with detailed explanations of any defects we discover.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
The builder’s original warranty for most new homes usually expires after one year, and you’ll want to make sure you schedule this inspection service before that occurs. We’ll thoroughly assess the condition of the entire property, giving you a full report of our findings that will include detailed summaries of any defective components or safety issues we discover. If a defective area is covered by the builder’s warranty, there’s a good chance that you won’t be solely responsible for the cost of repairs.
Re-Inspections
A Re-Inspection should be scheduled after you’ve been notified that requested repairs have been completed on a home that you are preparing to purchase. We’ll revisit the property to evaluate the repair work that was performed, taking our time to ensure that the repairs were successful and that no other components were damaged while the work was being done.
